Report Problems with CHIP and Medicaid Eligibility

HHSC has updated the contacts the agency would like advocates and other stakeholders to use for resolution of eligibility system problems.
HHSC requests that all reports of families or individuals having problems with eligibility systems (applications or renewals) for
Medicaid, CHIP, Food Stamps, or TANF go through Aurora LeBrun’s office for coordination.
Medicaid and CHIP health plans and state-contracted CBOs should continue to use the specific contacts HHSC has provided to them; all others are urged to use the contacts listed on the attached file.
